tradition and knowledge of food…
A

lthough I am born and bred in the UK / Birmingham, my families tradition and knowledge of food has been handed down through the generations.

We came from the Punjabi region of India which is in the north where vegetables are predominantly used with garlic, ginger, green chillies and coriander.
My biggest influence was my father who often cooked for the family.
I have fond memories of him preparing meals for the family.
