I will confirm if your course is available and will hold your place(s) for 1 week after placing a booking.
If I do not receive payment or you do not contact me again within this time then your place(s) may be sold to someone else.
If you wish to book a course on behalf of someone else for a gift or surprise I will just need their name(s) for the booking, as I will use your details for payment and confirmation.

Once payment is received your place(s) will be confirmed by email (preferred method), by text, by telephone (you will be given a reference number to bring with you) or by post.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel a course please contact me as soon as possible after placing a booking.
If you cancel within 28 days of the course date, you will be charged the full amount less £10 admin fee unless the place(s) are rebooked. You money will be refunded once the place has been rebooked.
If you cancel within less than 28 days then the full amount will be charged. This is to ensure the course still goes ahead the rest of the participants.
All cancellations must be made in writing
If we have to cancel a course for any reason then you will receive a full refund or you can rebook on an alternative date / course.
